Texas has the "right to work" law , so unions are not mandatory here. To insure your equipment one has to either insure with their homeowners or separate clause just for the equipment.Can't say how Hashbrown was covered. Just trying to recover from losing your tools of the trade is what sucks.
Like many, Hashbrown's livelihood was his music.
